Thank you for an excellent stay. It has exceptionally nice and super friendly staff and boasts nice views of courtyard. The room is reasonably priced. It was excellent time in Sunderland. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. The location was good - just 5 minutes' walk from Boldon Business Park. The hotel was in a modern area, so close to Walmart / Asda shop, restaurants and an asda, and cinema and pubs, pizza hut, soft play for kids. The breakfast was nice hot for sub-standard hot plate food, the best we had in Sunderland.
